- Item must be in original condition with all tags and certificates
- Exchange request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Jewelry must not show signs of wear, damage, or modification
- Original packaging and documentation must be included
- Custom-made items cannot be exchanged unless defective

- Items worn for extended periods or showing wear
- Jewelry damaged by customer negligence
- Custom-designed or personalized pieces (unless defective)
- Items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales
- Jewelry without original certificates or documentation

Important Notes
Shipping Costs: VrajMani covers return shipping for defective items. For other exchanges, customer pays return shipping while we cover delivery of the new item.
Price Differences: If exchanging for a higher-value item, you'll pay the difference. If lower value, you'll receive store credit for the difference.
Custom Orders: Custom-made and personalized jewelry can only be exchanged if defective or if we made an error in the specifications.
International Orders: International customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes on exchanged items.
